What box styles do you offer?
Currently we offer 1 style of mailer which is a Roll End Front Tuck Mailer with Dust Flaps. This is the most popular subscription box style as it tucks in front to lock in place. It provides a full inside and outside print area and the roll ends offer double material support for your products.
How do I design my subscription box?
Choose from one of our standard size mailers or choose your own custom dimensions. By selecting Add to Cart, this will prompt our online Design Studio to launch where you can apply your custom graphics, patterns, logos and brand colors. Select Proceed to continue.
What materials are used for my box?
Our packaging is made from either B-Flute or E-Flute Corrugated Material.
What material finishes are available?
Our finishes include:
Kemi - High gloss premium
Mottled White (MW) - Standard white matte
If we are providing a template for your design, please be sure to follow our Artwork Guidelines to ensure your graphics are printed at the highest quality.
How are my boxes manufactured?
Here at SubPack, we use advanced digital printing methods to create your custom box. Digital printing translates an image directly from a digital file and uses LED inkjet technology to deposit pigments in the full CMYK color spectrum plus CMYK+W, CMYKOV, CMYKOV+W.
Where are my boxes manufactured?
We manufacture all corrugated packaging in house. Our manufacturing facility is located at 111 Boulder Industrial Drive, Bridgeton, MO 63044
What is the Minimum Order Quantity?
Our minimum order quantity for a custom box is 1, however several of our custom add-ons do have a minimum of at least 25.
What is your production lead time?
Standard production lead time is 10 business days from PO and Proof Approval.
Custom-Add On lead times will vary.
How do I design a custom insert?
Navigate to Step 1: Design Your Packaging. Simply select Add to Cart for custom insert. Upon checkout, our team will be in contact to gather the necessary product info and begin designing. Please Note! We will need samples of the product packaging to ensure sizing is 100% accurate.

Do you offer warehousing?
SubPack offers warehousing of packaging materials as well as secured product inventory. We do charge a monthly storage fee based on the bin size required.
Bin Sizes are determined by the size & quantity of the product. Bin Sizes range from Small, Medium, Large, X-Large and Full Pallet.
Do you offer Fulfillment?
We do offer subscription box fulfillment based on your exact specifications!
How much does fulfillment cost?
Pricing is determined by the number of orders per month as well as the number of items per box. Our full pricing sheet can be found here.
Do you offer drop shipping?
Yes! SubPack can prepare labels for any number of drop shipments. We do charge a drop shipment fee of $1.50/box
Do you offer bulk shipping?
Yes! SubPack can ship individual packaging components or fully packed out boxes in bulk to you.
Can you ship blind?
We can! Just let us know the name and address you’d like to appear on the label.
Can you ship under my account number?

We offer FedEx and UPS parcel shipment as well as LTL and Customer Pickup
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
Currently we only ship within the United States
